What is included in a tour package?

Our typical package includes guided sightseeing, local transfers, some meals (as indicated), local guide services, and itineraries. Costs for flights, hotels (booked directly by you unless arranged through partners), visa fees, personal expenses, and travel insurance are usually not included unless specified.

Are flights and hotels included?

Hotels are included in most of our holiday packages. Flight tickets, however, are provided on an actual basis, depending on availability and your chosen travel dates.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, major debit/credit cards, UPI or other digital payment methods (depending on region). We require an advance (percentage of total) to confirm your booking. Final payment must be cleared before departure (or as per the itinerary plan).

What is your cancellation & refund policy?

If you cancel before a certain date (we’ll specify per package), you may receive a partial refund after deducting any non-recoverable costs.
If we have to cancel due to reasons beyond our control (weather, government restrictions etc.), we’ll offer alternative dates or full refund.
