Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Seoul

• Activities: Arrival at Incheon Airport, clearing immigration, and meet-up with the Local Representative for a transfer to the airport. If time permits, you will go for a short orientation tour of Seoul city.

• Meals: Dinner.

• Overnight: Seoul.

Day 02: Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) & Seoul City Tour

• Activities:  Morning journey to the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) to learn about the Korean War and view North Korea from either the Dora Observatory or Cheorwon Peace Observatory. Return to Seoul around 14:00–16:00 hrs.

o Visit Gyeongbokgung Palace (the largest royal palace of the Joseon Dynasty) where you have the option to wear a traditional Hanbok attire.

o Explore the National Folk Museum .

o Walk through the traditional Bukchon Hanok Village.

o Shop at Insa-dong (famous for antique shops and tea houses) and take a stroll along the restored Cheonggyecheon Stream.

• Meals: Breakfast & Dinner.

• Overnight: Seoul.

Day 03: Seoul to Busan

• Activities: Drive from Seoul to Busan (~5-hour drive). Upon arrival, visit the Gwangan Bridge (Diamond Bridge), choose between walking the transparent glass floor at Songdo Skywalk or Cheongsapo Daritdol Skywalk, and finish at the oceanside Haedong Yonggungsa Temple.

• Meals: Breakfast & Dinner.

• Overnight: Busan.

Day 04: Depart from Busan to Osaka (Japan)

• Activities: Check out from the hotel and enjoy brief leisure time at Haeundae Beach. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Osaka, Japan. Upon arrival at Kansai International Airport, transfer to the city and check into your hotel.

• Meals: Breakfast & Dinner (at a local Indian restaurant).

• Overnight: Osaka.

Day 05: Full Day Nara and Kyoto Sightseeing

• Activities: Travel to Nara to visit Nara Deer Park and the famous Todai-ji Temple (home to the Great Buddha statue).

o Proceed to Kyoto to wander through the towering  Arashiyama Bamboo Grove and visit the gold- leaf-covered Kinkakuji Golden Pavilion Zen temple.

• Meals: Breakfast & Dinner (at a local Indian restaurant).

• Overnight: Osaka.

Day 06: Free Day in Osaka (Optional Universal Studios)

• Activities: Leisure day to explore Osaka or indulge in tax-free shopping for gadgets, cosmetics, or clothes. Alternatively, you can opt for a full-day tour to Universal Studios Japan.

• Meals: Breakfast (Lunch and dinner are on your own to explore local cuisines).

• Overnight: Osaka.

Day 07: Osaka to Hiroshima (Hiroshima Tour)

Activities: Travel from Osaka to Hiroshima by road. Visit the poignant Atomic Bomb Dome, Peace Memorial Museum, and Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. Later, take a ferry to Itsukushima Island to view the iconic floating Torii Gate at Itsukushima Shrine.

• Meals: Breakfast & Dinner (at a local Indian restaurant).

• Overnight: Hiroshima.

Day 08: Hiroshima to Tokyo (Bullet Train Experience)

• Activities: Board Japan’s high-speed Shinkansen (bullet train) from Hiroshima Station to Tokyo, traveling at speeds up to 300 km/h (~3.5-hour journey). (Note: Your main luggage is sent directly to Tokyo by road, so you must pack a separate 1-day essentials bag). Upon arrival, check into your Tokyo hotel and relax.

• Meals: Breakfast & Dinner (at a local Indian restaurant).

• Overnight: Tokyo.

Day 09: Full Day Tokyo City Tour

• Activities:  Take in panoramic views from the Tokyo Skytree.

o Experience the bustling energy of Shibuya Crossing.

o Visit the historic Asakusa Temple and browse the traditional stalls along Nakamise Dori Street.

o Immerse yourself in interactive digital art installations at TeamLab.

• Meals: Breakfast & Dinner (at a local Indian restaurant).

Day 10: Full Day Mt. Fuji and Hakone Sightseeing

• Activities: Travel to Mount Fuji to visit the 5th Station (weather permitting) at 2,300 meters above sea level. Continue to Hakone for a scenic boat cruise on Lake Ashi, followed by a ride on the Hakone Ropeway over the volcanic valley of Owakudani. End the afternoon with upscale shopping time in Tokyo’s Ginza district.

Day 11: Departure from Japan

• Activities: Breakfast at the hotel, check out, and transfer to the airport for your return flight.

• Airfare Adjustments: The sector flight from Korea to Japan is calculated at a base price of ₹10,000 per person; any subsequent increase in airfare or taxes at the time of final booking must be paid extra by the traveler.

• Meals: Lunches are completely excluded. Additionally, meals during optional tours or flights on low-cost carriers are not provided.

• Insurance: Mandatory Travel Insurance surcharges are not part of the basic package cost.

• Optional Tours: Entrance fees and transfers for optional activities like the Full Day Universal Studios Tour or Tokyo Disneyland Tour.

• Personal Expenses: Items of a personal nature, including laundry, mineral water, wines, or a-la-carte food/drinks outside of the pre-set menus.

• Government Taxes: * Goods and Services Tax (GST).

o A mandatory Tax Collected at Source (TCS) of 2% applicable on the total package cost.

• Rate Fluctuation: Any increase in exchange rates (Foreign Exchange Components) that affects land arrangements or transportation before departure.

The Char Dham Yatra season typically runs from May to October. The best months are May-June and September-October when the weather is pleasant. The monsoon months (July-August) may see disruptions due to heavy rainfall and landslides.

Yes, all helicopter services are operated by DGCA-certified operators with experienced pilots who specialize in Himalayan flights. Safety checks and weather assessments are conducted before every flight. If weather conditions are unsafe, the flight is rescheduled.

In case of weather delays, the itinerary is adjusted accordingly. You may wait at the current location until the weather clears, or alternative road transfers may be arranged where feasible. Extra expenses due to weather delays (additional accommodation/meals) are borne by the traveler.

Absolutely! The helicopter package is specifically designed to eliminate strenuous trekking and long road journeys, making it ideal for senior citizens, children, and people with limited mobility. Pony/palki services are also included where walking is required.

Each passenger is allowed 5 kg of luggage on the helicopter. We provide complimentary aviation duffle bags during the briefing session. Your main luggage can be stored safely at the Dehradun hotel and collected upon return.
