Once you’ve decided, you can book by filling up the form, calling us, or dropping us a WhatsApp message. we’ll guide you through the rest and confirm your booking.
Our typical International tour package includes guided sightseeing, adventure trips, local transfers, some meals (as indicated), local guide services, and itineraries. Costs for flights, hotels (booked directly by you unless arranged through partners), visa fees, personal expenses, and travel insurance are usually not included unless specified.
Hotels are included in most of our holiday packages. Flight tickets, however, are provided on an actual basis, depending on availability and your chosen travel dates.
We accept bank transfers, major debit/credit cards, UPI or other digital payment methods (depending on region). We require an advance (percentage of total) to confirm your booking. Final payment must be cleared before departure (or as per the itinerary plan).
If you cancel before a certain date (we’ll specify per package), you may receive a partial refund after deducting any non-recoverable costs.
If we have to cancel due to reasons beyond our control (weather, government restrictions etc.), we’ll offer alternative dates or full refund.
We strongly recommend travelers to purchase their own travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellation, loss/theft of baggage, etc. We are happy to guide you on what kind of insurance will be helpful for your destination.
